The Iron Man took place at San Pasqual High School on Saturday at 7am. The Iron Man is a 10 mile race which includes running, some skill challenges and weight lifting. It took about 2 hours to complete. The challenges included jumping hurdles, throwing footballs and throwing medicine balls.  Approximately 80 players attended the race. My team came in third place out of 10 teams. There were 9 people on my team. 

This is my friend and I after we ran the Iron Man. He was the team captain for my team and did a lot to lead us into 3rd place.
