Do students at San Pasqual celebrate Halloween on October 31?

Children all over the world come together to celebrate Halloween. Many children dress up in costumes and knock on doors late at night to collect candy on Halloween.

”If I could be anything for Halloween I would be Michael Jackson because I like the way he dances,” said Fernanda Sebastian, a freshman at San Pasqual High School.

She never stopped celebrating and finds it very fun. A lot of other students stand with her saying that Halloween is fun.

“Yes, I do celebrate Halloween. I mean who wouldn’t want free candy? I never stopped celebrating and I don’t think I will,” said freshman Jasmine Garcia, who plans on being an e-girl.

So far everyone enjoys it.

“If I could be anything Halloween, I would be Sporky so I could go around saying “I’m trash.” But I only participate if I really want to,” says Daniel Michel, a senior at San Pasqual High School. He did not dress up this year.

“I don’t celebrate Halloween and I [don’t] know what to dress up as. If I could be anything, I’d be a simple ghost because I want a simple costume,” said Isabelle Stubblefield, the first freshman to say she doesn’t celebrate.
